New Community Volunteer Orientation
(Other)
|
Description: |
Fulfilling your purpose by expressing the unique (and necessary) combination of your gifts for the benefit of the world. Greater well-being. Better academic achievement. There are many reasons to make community or civic engagement a significant part of your Wofford experience. The Center for Community-Based Learning (CCBL)’s New Community Volunteer Orientation is designed to support you in building a heightened sense of self-awareness and context for your relationship with Spartanburg and the region; help you explore meaningful questions about social and environmental issues in the community; and share additional resources within the CCBL, on-campus, and in Spartanburg related to your community engagement.
